Check-in at the event
At the door, the staff scanner reads your rotating QR and confirms you're in. The whole exchange takes about three seconds.
What happens

Show the QR
Open the app, find the event under My tickets, and turn the screen toward the scanner. - 2
Scan
Door staff confirms the ticket is valid and not already used. Green tick = you're in. - 3
Notification
You receive a "Checked in at {venue}" notification. If you ever see this without checking in, contact the organizer immediately — somebody else may have your QR.
Common edge cases
- Re-entry: Some events allow leaving and coming back. The same ticket scans cleanly the second time as long as you actually were the one who scanned in first.
- Two-person ticket / +1: If you bought a multi-pass tier, each person gets their own QR — share the app or hand off the phone, but never share screenshots.
- Scanner offline: Door staff can fall back to manual ID lookup. Have the order email ready.
