Where's my ticket?

Tickets are issued the instant your payment clears. They live in the app under My tickets and you also receive a confirmation email.

The two places tickets show up

    In the app

    Open My tickets. Each ticket has a rotating QR (refreshes every minute), the event title, your seat tier, and a status badge.
  2. 2

    By email

    A confirmation email goes to the address on your account, with a link back to the in-app ticket. The email is a receipt, not a scannable QR — the QR lives in the app for security.

What if I don't see it?

  • Wait 60 seconds — payment provider confirmations can take that long even on a clean run.
  • Check the email account associated with the booking, including spam.
  • If your payment shows as "completed" but the ticket isn't there, email hello@noreplay.vip with the order ID — we can resend.
