Waitlists
When a tier sells out, you can join the waitlist. If a refund or transfer opens up a seat, the system offers it to people on the waitlist in order — first come, first served.
Joining a waitlist
On a sold-out tier, tap "Join waitlist". You see your position immediately — "You're #14 of 47". No payment now; you only pay if a seat opens for you.
How seats get filled
When a refund or cancellation frees a seat, NoReplay offers it to the first person on the waitlist via push notification + email. They have 30 minutes to claim it (pay the original tier price). If they don't, it goes to the next person, and so on.
💰 Money implications
Joining is free. You only pay if and when you claim a seat — same face value, same fees as the original sale. There's no surprise scarcity premium.
Position and ETA
Your position can change downward (people ahead of you claim or pass) but never upward. The page shows roughly how many openings have been filled in the last few hours, so you can estimate your odds — slow events rarely clear past position 5; festivals can clear 50+.
Leaving a waitlist
You can leave the waitlist any time before you're offered a seat. Once you receive an offer, you can also just let the 30-minute clock run out — no penalty.
