Buying tickets
When you buy on NoReplay, you reserve a tier for a few minutes, see exactly what you'll be charged, and pay through M-Pesa, card (Peach), wallet, or BNPL. Here's what to expect.
What you see on checkout
The checkout page shows a backend-authoritative price quote — face value × quantity, then any service fee, then any VAT, then the total. The total is what you'll be charged. Nothing else gets added later.
💰 Money implications
If the organizer absorbs the platform fee, the buyer total equals the face value. If they pass it through, you'll see a separate "Service fee" line. VAT is shown when it applies (Kenya: 16%, usually inclusive).
Reservation timer
When you click through to checkout, the seats are held for ~10 minutes. Pay before the timer hits zero or the reservation releases and the tickets go back in the pool.
Payment methods
- M-Pesa: STK push to your phone. Type your PIN in the prompt; we confirm in 30–60 seconds.
- Card (Peach): Visa/Mastercard. 3-D Secure if your bank requires it.
- Wallet: NoReplay personal wallet balance. Pays instantly.
- Group wallet: charge against a crew wallet you're a member of.
- BNPL: split the total into 2–4 instalments. Available on supported tiers.
What happens after payment
The moment your payment confirms, you receive a confirmation email and the ticket appears under My tickets with a rotating QR ready for the door. See Where's my ticket? for what to do if the email is delayed.
